My Latest Obsession

Happy Friday! We are finally getting the hang of our fall/school routine. Finally. We had all 3 open houses this week for the kiddos.

Tonight I'm heading to RPM Italian (Bill and Giuliana Rancic's restaurant) w/ some girlfriends. I'm super excited as this restaurant has been on my list for some time now. Their dinner menu looks awesome and I'm already eyeing Mama Depandi's Bucanti Pomodoro. And then Saturday night we are heading to the tennis club for the big new member show - always a good time! And Sunday I get to see a dear friend of mine from college. We used to live together in DC. Love her. I cannot wait to catch up w/ her.

D2 - You did it again. I did not know about Salted vs. Unsalted butter and was always confused as to what to use when I bake. Thank you for posting that!

Also, I was just at RPM and I had the most delicious appetizer. It was the imported burrata (delicious cheese that you spread on bread) with grilled peaches and honey. It was to die for! I hope you have a great time with your friends!
